Your True Colors

I have often heard it said that you learn a lot about a person’s true color in times of conflict. How someone weather’s a storm most clearly demonstrates their core beliefs. When your competition scores big against you, when the money dries up, or when the glamour of success wears off this is when it is easiest to compromise your core beliefs. In other words, Commitment in times of conflict demonstrate your true character.

Many successful business people are often hailed as visionary leaders. However, upon careful inspection, we find that the commitment of those individuals to their core beliefs, led to their success.

Are you committed to your success? Do you believe you can be successful? Will your character stand up to the test of time.

Zig Ziglar once said, “It was character that got us out of bed, commitment that moved us into action, and discipline that enabled us to follow through.”
