You Got to Have Faith

Hello, this is Michael Glass from MoveUpWithMike.com with today’s One Minute Inspiration.

It takes grit and perseverance to achieve long term goals like starting your own business or completely overhauling your mind and body. When you first commit to a goal like running a marathon, buying your own home, or to lose 50 pounds, you’re ecstatic. But just after a few weeks, or even days, your initial enthusiasm wears off and you start thinking about whether the goal is really worth it.

Faith consists in believing when it is beyond the power of reason to believe.

Have you given up faith in accomplishing your goals?
Why is that goal that you once believe was so important, now worth giving up upon.

Success seems to be largely a matter of hanging on to your goals after others have given up.

Is your goal slowly turning into a should have could have would have?

Thomas Edison puts it this way, “Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.”

With something to think about, this is Michael Glass, Make it a great day or not, the choice is yours.

Just Do It

ActionHow do you measure success?  By Fame or Fortune?  By the friends or possessions you keep?  How about the richness of your life experiences.
People measure success in many different ways and on many different levels because success is very personal.  When setting goals in life, it’s important that we identify what success means to us personally, so that when we succeed we will know it.

What steps can you take towards your goals today?  What task have you moved to the back of your to do list.  The secret of success in life is for a man to be ready to take action when his opportunity comes.

Peter Marshall said Small deeds done are better than great deeds planned.

This is Michael Glass with something to think about.  Make it a great day or not, the choice is yours.
